01
Creative Development

Ideas into visuals

Brand identity system • Campaign creative • Merchandising

The HESP vision was translated into a unified creative language across digital and physical communication — brand concepts, copywriting, graphic design, animations, motion graphics, professional videos, campaign content and social assets, all working from a single identity system.

The result was a consistent visual identity that established the tone of the summit: clean, professional, premium, international and modern — and legible at every scale, from a social post to a forty-foot media wall.

Pre-Hype Journey

Creating momentum before the doors opened

Social campaigns • Registration portal • Campus outreach • Think tanks

Before the summit began, HESP built momentum through a structured awareness, branding and engagement campaign β€” creative development, digital communication, social media, campus outreach, awareness sessions, think tank discussions, leadership interviews, testimonials and registration activity.

A CRM and registration portal was developed alongside the campaign, with A3 posters and standees taking pre-registration directly onto hospital and campus grounds. Leadership conversations and testimonials strengthened credibility and generated interest among healthcare, education, research and industry stakeholders.

Pre-summit engagement extended to Doctors Hospital, Hameed Latif Hospital, the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the University of Lahore — through CEO Minds sessions, HR Think Tanks, campus activities and interviews.

Pre-Summit Phases

Phase 01
Research & Strategy

Research → Insight → Strategy → Planning → Direction.

Phase 02
Creative & Branding

Phase 03
Awareness & Engagement

Think tanks, CEO Minds, campus activities, interviews and testimonials.

Phase 04
Registration

CRM, web portal and on-ground pre-registration across hospitals and campuses.

03
Venue Transformation

Creating the HESP environment

Entrance → Reception → Expo → Auditorium → Diplomatic Lounge → Exit

Expo Centre Lahore was transformed into a connected HESP environment through strategic branding, décor and spatial planning. Entrances, reception areas, exhibition spaces, the auditorium, the diplomatic lounge and the exits were all brought together with signage, carpeting, furniture, lighting, floral décor and visual installations.

Hall 02 was planned to the foot — shell stalls for government universities, private colleges, regulators and digital/AI exhibitors, alongside custom-built stands from 10×10 up to 40×20 feet for RLK Group, UHS, UOL, Citi Pharma, Highnoon, Bosch and others, with a 20×70 main stage and a dedicated HESP monuments zone.

Every visitor moved through a single designed sequence, and every brand in the hall sat inside one coherent visual system.

The HESP story was captured through professional photography, videography, drone, FPV, GoPro, Insta360, multi-camera production and live streaming. Impact & Outcomes

What HESP achieved

HESP created a shared platform where institutions, professionals, students, researchers, industry leaders and wider audiences could connect, engage and exchange ideas — strengthening the national conversation around the future of health and education.

HESP 2026 was more than a two-day summit — it established the foundation for an ongoing platform.

The conversations initiated, connections created, knowledge shared and opportunities opened represent the beginning of a larger journey. The event ended. The journey continues.

Together, Let's Build the Future

From a blank page to a national platform in two months. If you have an event that needs the same end-to-end commitment, we should talk.
